EXTERIOR:

• We will perform a visual assessment, noting potential entry points & issues of concern.

• Dusting of eaves, window, & door frames for spider webs.

• Removal of wasp nests & scraping of mud daubers (where accessible, up to approx. 20 feet).

• Treatment of the perimeter, including covered porches, weep holes, corners, penetrations, & adjacent flower beds.

• Treatment of active fire ant mounts in yard.

• Check & refill existing rodent stations, as well as relocating & adding new stations as needed.

INTERIOR:

• Assessment of current & past pest issues. 

• Treatment of thresholds, access points, corners, & penetrations. 

• Treatment of garage, including removal of spider webs (where accessible).

• We work to maintain open & effective communication.

• We will reach out 1-2 weeks in advance to schedule service based on your availability.

• We will text or call when we are on the way to your home.

• We will not show up unexpectedly or unannounced.

• We will arrive well-equipped & prepared to handle most issues on site.

• Before we begin treatment, we will knock/ring to see if you have any concerns & to answer any questions you may have.

• We will schedule follow-up visits as needed to ensure your home is free of unwanted invaders.
